I started Grass Grin Bodybuilding to bring the raw energy of retro gym culture back to life — a time of sweat, style, and serious muscle. Back when the weights clanged, the lighting was dim, and the mustaches were proud. This brand is my way of channeling that unapologetic era into everyday apparel.

Our designs are inspired by the golden days of bodybuilding — dusty gyms, chrome dumbbells, avocado and burnt orange weight rooms, and the California coast. Everything you see is a tribute to that time: the colors, the cuts, the mustached bear logo.

Whether you're repping on the Venice boardwalk or grinding out a garage session, Grass Grin is about lifting with confidence and smiling through the burn. Always sweat the good stuff.
